We are preparing a statewide campaign to help children and families celebrate with greater awareness and access to protective safety glasses. Our goal: 10,000 pairs across Bihar.

Bihar needs more accessible eye care. For many families, distance, cost and limited access to specialists can stand between a vision problem and timely advice.
As ophthalmologists working in Bihar, we believe we have a responsibility to go beyond the clinic. Shankar Jyoti Vision Foundation has been set up to bring eye health awareness, screening and connections to appropriate care closer to the people who need them.
Our aim is simple: help as many people in Bihar as we can protect and care for their sight.
